OUR PROCESS

INQUIRY

Start by filling out the inquiry form, or shooting us an email (kaileylindseydesigns@gmail.com).  From there, we’ll schedule a time to chat everything floral (visions, must-haves, and fun details).

CUSTOM PROPOSAL

After we have the details down, I'll pull together an initial proposal tailored to your floral visions - complete with design details, floral breakdown, and pricing.

BOOKING & PLANNING

Once you decide to move forward in the booking process, you'll put down an initial deposit (20%) and send over a signed and completed contract. After I have those items from you, you are all confirmed on my calendar for your date! 

FINAL DETAILS

About a month before your wedding, we'll check in to review details, quantities, etc. to be sure everything still looks great, and no adjustments need to be made before the final floral order is placed. Once finalized, your remaining balance is due in full at this point.

EVENT WEEK

You don't have to lift a finger - no seriously! We handle everything - from sourcing all your florals and designing all your pieces, to tearing down your events. That includes delivery, setup, and teardown, so you have one less thing to stress about.
